CANCELLATION:
If
you cancel the reservation then the first payment will not return.
When you pay with your mastercard in Bali also in our resort then
the Bank in Bali ask 3% bankfee.
After Villa Sonia confirm the reservation
and the guest cancel this reservation , we will ask 20% cancellation fee.
When the guest cancel the reservation 1 week before we have to ask 50% of the totall payment.
When
the guest cancel 24 hours before or on the day of arrival or they don’t arrive
we ask the full payment.
When a group rent more then 4 rooms and cancel from 6 weeks before then we ask the full payment.
