AFTER RESERVATION:

After your reservation we ask to send the first payment 20% to our bank account in the Netherlands.
After receive we will inform you by email that the reservation is complete.
When you send the first payment please with: check in date and check out date and the family name from the reservation .

The other 80% of the booking price do you have to pay by arrival when you check in by Villa Sonia.

CANCELLATION:

 If you cancel the reservation then the first payment will not return.
When you pay with your mastercard in Bali also in our resort then the Bank in Bali ask 3% bankfee.

After Villa Sonia confirm the reservation and the guest cancel this reservation , we will ask 20% cancellation fee.

When the guest cancel the reservation 1 week before we have to ask 50% of the totall payment.

When the guest cancel 24 hours before or on the day of arrival or they don’t arrive we ask the full payment.

Check in time after 12.00 hour.
Check out time before 12.00 hour.
